CCiNZ have put together a fantastic program for its members and delegates this year at their Annual Conference in Auckland on 19 August 2016.

The underlying focus of the event was focusing on the trend of how the focus is changing from more traditional views and onto the Customer Experience and specificially measuring how well the customer felt their query was handled. Evolve the Customer Experience was well represented and support from government and industry highlighted the importance of looking at new technology and how it can help support commerce.
The event finished on a high with the Annual Awards dinner. We would like to congratulate the winners for your outstanding achievements and contribution. It was an enjoyable evening and a great way to end the event.
CCiNZ represent the industry well and this event was enlightening and engaging. We look forward to participating next year.
