AUTO DIALING

Dialing modes

contactSPACE features a number of auto dialing modes to help you make more effective contact.

  • Predictive dialing: records are dialed in advance, considering the number of callers available, and other variables such as average call time. When a contact picks up, they are connected to a caller.
  • Progressive dialing: supporters/alumni are assigned to a caller, based on the contact strategies you’ve defined. Fundraisers are then shown supporter details pulled from RE NXT on the contactSPACE interface for a set amount of time, before the call is made automatically.
  • Preview dialing: similar to progressive dialing, contact details from Blackbaud are first shown to the caller. However, the caller decides when to call – there is no time limit to dial.

Contact strategies

Once you have your contactSPACE Raiser’s Edge NXT integration enabled, it’s easy to define contact strategies to get the most from your data.

For example, you might like to get in touch with supporters when their commitment is about to expire. Separately to that, you might want to ensure that you give new supporters a call immediately, to establish the beginnings of a great supporter experience.

With contactSPACE, contact strategies can be easily created and optimised – no need for external support or IT expertise.

No matter how experienced your callers, you’ll be able to ensure they deliver effective messaging, every single time – with contactSPACE CallGuides.

Designed by your team using an intuitive drag-n-drop editor, CallGuides allow you to define exactly what agents see on their screen at every stage of the call – including everything from bullet-point guidance, to supporter data, to PCI-compliant payment modules.

CallGuides enable you to move beyond word-for-word scripting. Instead, build a workflow for the caller inside a single interface, to allow them to get into a fundraising rhythm.

Support caller success

contactSPACE offers three different methods of helping callers continually improve their performance.

  1. Call recordings: to help ensure complete compliance, contactSPACE can store call recordings. Team leaders can then play back fantastic calls to fundraisers to help with motivation, or to show callers potential areas of improvement.
  2. Quality assurance (QA): rather than listening to call recordings one-by-one, you can use the QA module to bulk-score calls based on metrics you define.
  3. Voice analytics: for those looking for a deeper-dive into calling results, voice analytics allows you to analyse conversation sentiment and emotion. Essentially, speech analytics can help you optimise your script and how it’s delivered by looking at how supporters respond to different messaging strategies.

contactSPACE features an out-of-the-box integration with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. No coding is necessary to get started – the integration is simple to get set up, and our team can help you get up and running if desired before you begin dialing.
